This kit makes a raspberry laden cake, which is subtly sweet and has the most moreish, moist texture. Adding the freeze-dried lime leaf powder to the cake and glaze is optional, but it creates an intensely fresh and fragrant flavor that is truly delicious!

Also included is a sachet of freeze-dried raspberry crumble for the decorations, which adds an unmistakable Caker look. Inside the kit you will find: cake mix, icing mix, lime leaf, raspberry decorations, non-stick pan liner, photo backdrop.
