PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR BROW/LASH APPOINTMENT!!

Cancellation/No Show Policy on all Appointments:

* A valid credit card will be required when booking your appointment but will not be charged, it is only to reserve your appointment time. 

For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for and no show appointments will be charged 100% of service.

If you are running more than 10 minutes late, I will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your treatment, I cannot guarantee this will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

KID POLICY : Because of the size of our space and the attention we try and give each and every client we respectfully ask that if you have scheduled an appointment and plan to be in the studio for longer than 30 mins that you please leave your kiddos at home. We swear we love your kids but want to make sure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable time at Face & Soul Studio! Thank you for understanding!
