Cancellation/No Show Policy on all Appointments:

* A valid credit card will be required when booking your appointment to reserve your appointment time and will be used to charge a no show fee.

For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations & no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service you were scheduled for.

*New & Existing Clients: if you have anything other than gel polish on your nails (acrylic, bio gel, dip) it has to be removed at least 3 days before your appointment.

KID POLICY : Because of the size of our space and the attention we try and give each and every client we respectfully ask that if you have scheduled an appointment and plan to be in the studio for longer than 30 mins that you please leave your kiddos at home. We swear we love your kids but want to make sure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable time at Face & Soul Studio! Thank you for understanding!
